I can't sleep. I really want to but can't. This is so annoying because it is like the third or fourth night in a row. Stinkin sleeping. You'd think that something so basic would be easy. But I guess it can't always be that way. Amd now a song...

My struggle is that I tend to ZING awake every morning, especially if I stayed up really late the night before. If I stay up later than 2am (which happens from time to time), my body will decide that 6 or 6:30 is an acceptable wake up time. Let's say once upon a time in July I stayed up until 5:30am. Yep, I was awake at 8am and couldn't go back to sleep until 3 or 4 in the afternoon, and then only for an hour.

i tend to feel just awake enough to stay up much later than i should and then i have a really hard time waking up in the morning... once at rest, i tend to stay at rest. and at snooze.

I slept last night at basically a normal time. midnight is when I went down actually thats when I got home and then today I had to work all day so I knew that was coming and that I needed to rest so that helped too.
